We pretty much do the same stuff other design firms do, but its how we do it that makes us better than the rest. Design for us is not about stroking our own ego, its about getting to the heart of what our clients need, which is not always what they want

We try not to use designer-speak when talking about your needs, like using the word 'collateral' when we really mean marketing materials. Designers use goofy words like that so they can look cool in front of other designers
